Free Printable Weekly Schedule Template

Updated October 8, 2026 · Free · No signup · A4 + US Letter

The weekly schedule template is the whole week as a time grid: seventeen hourly rows from 6 AM to 10 PM against seven day columns, so classes, shifts, gym slots and the family taxi service all land on one page. It answers the question a to-do list cannot — "when, exactly?" — before the week eats itself.

It is the page students tape above the desk in exam season, the page that survives on fridges during term time. Undated, two colorways, A4 and US Letter, instant PDF download, no signup.

What's inside

  • A true time grid: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM rows × Monday–Sunday columns
  • Day header pills so columns never get misread after a long Tuesday
  • Light grid lines — your handwriting carries the page, not our ink
  • A notes band under the grid for weekly odds and ends

How to use it

  1. Pencil in the immovable first: classes, shifts, practices, pickups. Grid first, wishes later.
  2. Look for the empty rows — they are the week's real budget. Book your top priorities into them before anyone else does.
  3. Color-code if you like (one color per person or per project); the light grid takes pens and highlighters well.
  4. Photograph the filled page on Monday. By Thursday the fridge version will be under a takeaway menu.

Printing it right

Download the file that matches your paper — US Letter or A4 — and print at 100% scale ("Actual size"), never "fit to page". Both files are drawn for their own paper, so the margins and line spacing land exactly where they should.

Tip: 100–120gsm paper (27–32 lb) stops pens ghosting through — and both colorways print fine in grayscale if you're saving ink. More in the printing guide.

Questions people ask

Can I fit two people's schedules on one grid?

Yes — many couples and roommates run two colors of ink in the same cells. The grid lines are light on purpose so layered handwriting stays readable.

Is there a Sunday-start version?

The columns are headed Monday-start, but nothing else on the page assumes it. Write your own headers in the pills if Sunday-start suits your week better; a dedicated variant is planned.

Does it print on A4 and US Letter?

Both — as separate, correctly-proportioned files. Always print at 100% scale rather than "fit to page" so the hour rows keep their height.

How is this different from the weekly planner template?

The weekly planner is lists per day; this is hours per day. Fixed-commitment-heavy weeks want the schedule; open, project-heavy weeks want the planner. Plenty of people run both.
