Free Printable Weekly Planner Templates
Updated October 8, 2026 · Free · No signup · A4 + US Letter
A weekly planner template is the highest-leverage page in planning: close enough to see the whole week, far enough to stop micromanaging single days. This one is a true week-on-one-page layout — Monday start, three weekly priorities at the top, generous lined columns for each day, and a notes band for the overflow.
It is undated like everything here: print four on Sunday and you have a month. Choose sage or blush, A4 or US Letter, and download instantly — no signup, no watermark, free for personal use.
What's inside
- Monday-start week — the layout most weekly planning advice assumes
- Three "top priorities this week" lines above the grid: the week gets a shape before it gets a schedule
- Eighteen lined rows per day column — enough for real life, not so many the columns go unused
- A notes band at the bottom for the things that belong to the week, not to a day
How to use it
- Sunday (or your Sunday): fill the three weekly priorities first. Everything else on the page serves them.
- Unload the calendar into the day columns — fixed events only. Plans are not appointments.
- Each morning, copy today's column onto a daily planner page. The weekly page is the map; the daily page is the drive.
- Friday, read the notes band and the week's priorities. What rolls over becomes next week's first ink.
Printing it right
Download the file that matches your paper — US Letter or A4 — and print at 100% scale ("Actual size"), never "fit to page". Both files are drawn for their own paper, so the margins and line spacing land exactly where they should.
Tip: 100–120gsm paper (27–32 lb) stops pens ghosting through — and both colorways print fine in grayscale if you're saving ink. More in the printing guide.
Questions people ask
Does the week start on Monday or Sunday?
Monday. If your week runs Sunday-start, the undated columns work fine — write your own day headers in the pill row, or wait for the Sunday-start variant that is on the roadmap.
Can I use it as a meal planner or workout planner?
People do exactly that. The day columns take "chicken + salad" as happily as "standup 9:00". For a dedicated grocery column, the meal planner template pairs with this one.
Is there a digital version for my tablet?
The same PDF imports into any tablet annotation app and works with a stylus. Many readers keep the weekly page digital and print the daily pages.
How many weeks fit on a sheet?
One week per sheet — the columns need the width. Print a month at once (four sheets) and clip them; the cost of paper is the cheapest part of a plan.
