Free Printable Daily Planner Templates

Updated October 8, 2026 · Free · No signup · A4 + US Letter

A good daily planner template does one job well: it puts your whole day on one page — the few things that actually matter, the hours they belong to, and enough room for everything else without letting it take over. These free printable daily planner templates are undated, so you can print a stack once and start any day of any year.

Every template below downloads instantly as a PDF — no signup, no email wall, no watermark. Choose a colorway, pick your paper size (A4 or US Letter), print at 100% scale, and plan. If you plan on a tablet, the PDFs also work in any annotation app.

What's inside

  • A date line that never expires — fully undated, print a month at once
  • Top 3 priorities first, so the day has a shape before the noise arrives
  • An hourly schedule (from 6:00 AM) for appointments and time blocks
  • A to-do column and a notes column sharing the bottom band

How to use it

  1. Print tomorrow's page tonight. Planning the day the evening before removes the morning decision entirely.
  2. Fill the top 3 before anything else. If the day collapses, the top 3 are what survive.
  3. Time-block the fixed things first (meetings, school runs), then give the top 3 real hours.
  4. Let the to-do column catch the small stuff during the day instead of trusting memory.
  5. End of day: anything unfinished moves to tomorrow's page. One page per day, no guilt carried over.

Printing it right

Download the file that matches your paper — US Letter or A4 — and print at 100% scale ("Actual size"), never "fit to page". Both files are drawn for their own paper, so the margins and line spacing land exactly where they should.

Tip: 100–120gsm paper (27–32 lb) stops pens ghosting through — and both colorways print fine in grayscale if you're saving ink. More in the printing guide.

Questions people ask

Is the daily planner template really free?

Yes — every template on this site is free for personal use. Download the PDF, print it, plan. No account, no email required, no watermark.

A4 or US Letter — which should I print?

Both exist as separate files and each is laid out for its own paper. Pick the file that matches your printer's paper and print at 100% scale (not "fit to page") so the lines land where they should.

Can I use these digitally in GoodNotes or Notability?

Yes. Import the PDF and write on it with a stylus — the layouts work the same on a tablet. There are no form fields to type into; they are print-first pages.

Can I share the file or use it for my class or team?

Send people the link instead of the file — it always gets the latest version. Personal, family and single-classroom use is welcome; republishing or selling the templates is not. Details are on the terms page.
